- Payment information: handled directly by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.

- Preventing fraud and keeping the store secure

Who we share it with
Only the providers we need to run the store: Shopify (platform), our payment provider, and the carriers who deliver your order. We do not sell your personal information.
Where your data goes
Some providers process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as accounting and consumer-law obligations require. Marketing data is deleted as soon as you unsubscribe.
Your rights
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the GDPR gives you the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Email us and we will answer within one month. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.
If you are in California or another US state with equivalent legislation, you have the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of any sharing that counts as a "sale" of personal information. Same email address.
