Where we ship

We ship across Europe and to the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, expect 7 to 10 business days. These are estimates and can stretch during peak periods or customs checks.

Tracking

Every order ships tracked. Your tracking number is emailed to you the moment the parcel leaves.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.

Customs and import duties

For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties or taxes may be charged on arrival by your local customs authority. These are set by your country, not by us, and are your responsibility. Check with your local customs office if you want the rates before ordering.

Address accuracy

Check your address at checkout. We can't recover a parcel sent to an address that was entered incorrectly.

Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in euros (EUR). Applicable taxes are displayed at checkout.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, email contact.sneakset@gmail.com. We open a claim with the carrier and either resend your pair or refund you.
